The Puppy is in good physical health, current on all appropriate vaccinations/worming and appears to be free of communicable disease at the time of sale.  A veterinarian Health Certificate has been provided for you. This agreement does not guarantee against internal or external parasites, lack of care and/or negligence. This contract is only valid for genetic defects such as severe hip dysplasia, heart, etc.

The Breeder will replace the original purchase with another puppy at the next available litter.  Same sex and closest to color.  (No cash refunds) Such request for a replacement must be accompanied by verification of defect by a licensed qualified veterinarian with all its proof.

16 weeks: DHLPPC*-Distemper, Canine Infectious Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus,  Coronavirus,  Lyme and Bordetella (Canine Cough Complex or Kennel Cough) Take a stool sample in to be checked to be sure puppy stays  neg for worms.

6 months: Rabies (1-year vaccination) Take a stool sample in to be checked for worms.  Worm with the vet recommendation.

14 months: DHLPPC, Distemper, Canine Infectious Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus,  Coronavirus,  Lyme and Bordetella (Canine Cough Complex or Kennel Cough) administered yearly.  Take a stool sample in to be check to be sure your dog stays neg for worms. Worm with the vet recommendation.
